Sitter Job in Spring City, Tennessee

I'm looking for a great nanny for 3 children. Our kids are homeschooled and this is a potential full time position. After much difficulty in finding reliable care, we have found a sitter with part time availability that includes Monday and Tuesday. A schedule usually consists of something like the following: 7/7, 7/1..., and 8/28 (Some of these days are currently scheduled to change due to training). I am a RN that currently works day shift. I expect that to change in September and I will be moving to night shift. This will remain a day shift position to provide care to the children while I sleep. You will see that the days above include Mondays and Tuesdays. However, I currently have someone that is available these days. Given said that, she is aware that her hours may decrease if I find a full time sitter that is a good fit for our children and that person desires FT over PT hours. The salary/hourly wage is negotiable and based on finding the right person. You will notice the schedule usually includes 8 full time days a month (I work weekends and try to keep the children with family during this time). We prefer a sitter/nanny that is in close proximity to Spring City that is willing to come to our home. We live in close proximity to town and encourage our provider to take the children to the parks and/or library. We like our provider to interact with our children and are willing to help provide craft materials. We provide healthy meals for our children and our provider.
