I have a small home day care opening in April 2016 in the Matthews area. I have worked with children for over 20 years and have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been a lead teacher, assistant teacher, and an assistant director at child care centers. I believe that children learn through play and I prepare age appropriate activities through themed weekly lesson plans that involve free play time. Your child will experience low teacher to child ratios as I will only care for 5 preschool aged children. I can accommodate full and part time children.
