Oasis Hernandez is hard working and dedicated to offering the best service possible. She babysat my three children from 2011 to 2014. Her services were used during the summers, then on and off during the school year. Oasis was always punctual and showed up ready to work. She was always flexible and willing to babysit for us on short notice. Our schedules consist of shift work and Oasis was willing to work day or night, whenever needed. She is very responsible and able to follow instructions. Oasis duties would consist of preparing meals, limiting T.V/video game time to 1 hour, taking them to events or activities, administering needed medications, as well as other common duties. Oasis always kept the house in order and clean even though it was not always required. My youngest son has ADHD as well as behavior issues. Oasis was willing to take the time to connect with him so that he trusted her. This allowed him to have a very positive experience with her which resulted in an improvement in his behavior. Oasis spent time interacting with my children in the form of board games, sports, events, etc. Her attention was always focused on my children to ensure their safety and success. I highly valued her ability to meal plan and create fun, exciting, health meals that my family enjoyed. I strongly recommend Oasis for any nanny position. She will be a great help to your children and your family.

To whom it may concern, Oasis begin working in our home periodically during the summer of 2014. I had heard that this was an excellent babysitter, she was dedicated to her school work, and was a determined young woman holding records in high school even in the sport of track and field. I was impressed with her from the moment she arrived at my house early. She was dressed appropriately and really hit it off with my older kids, even though she was watching the younger children at the time. She brought her studies with her although she did not presume that this was okay. She did ask permission that while the kids were taking a nap if she could be allowed to read for school. I would hire Oasis over and over again. She was polite and professional and took the duties seriously. I would love to see her working with children anywhere because she really has a knack for it.
