My name is Denny and I am a national licensed athletic trainer (different from personal trainer, because the minimum requirement is a 4 year bachelor's degree). I am licensed to practice in the state of Colorado and Indiana. I hold a professional rescuer and first aid responder for baby/infant/children/adult. I have helped people who are going to the army and navy to lose weight. I train athletes who just got back from an injury/surgery. I am also great with children (I am married and have a son and often babysit for friends and cousins). I have had 5 years of experience in training elite high school and collegiate athletes. I have also volunteered as a volleyball, soccer, and basketball coach. I was a 3 sport athlete once too! So I can offer private lessons for your child/children to be better athlete in general, or I can also implement technical skill drills to help them in their respective sports.
