I personally think its important to give children a stimulating and interactive, environment. Basically this is not a drop your kid off and we put them in front of the T.V till you get back atmosphere. I will personally give developmental attention to your child so that there day is spent learning something new or just plain burning off energy and having a great time. I take pride in caring for children, the last baby I looked after was too young to speak, so I taught him a few basic sign language signs to help him communicate better. I also noticed he was ready to potty train so I spoke with his parents and we started potty training.
