My name is Raylene and I am an energetic, caring, patient mom and child caregiver. I am 42 years young, a proud mother of two high school sons, and I love caring for young children! Over my 15 years of owning and operating 2 licensed home daycare businesses, I have learned that when the children in my care grow and develop new skills its one of the most rewarding parts of being a parent and childcare provider! I have an understanding and appreciation of the different stages of development and more importantly that each child is unique. I respect the integrity of each individual child and trust that the child will develop at the pace that's right for them.
