Dear Family, Finding the right nanny for your child is no walk in the park. My goal as a childcare provider has always been to instruct and enrich the lives of the children I work with, and to help parents achieve their home goals in spite of the many demands on their time and resources. My time as a behavioral specialist working with children from all walks of life taught me techniques that work for 18 month olds throwing tantrums to seventeen year olds on probation. My disciplinary methods are simple, and come from the Boys’ Town Model.
