About Mary: I was born in Peru. I majored in Human Resources and TV Production. I used to work with international companies in my country. I always love children, so now I found a way of being close to them. For more than 7 years I babysat children every day was rewarding to receive smile or a hug from them. Mary's childcare philosophy: I love Children s environment, and consider I have a lot of patient with children. I like to communicate with the children. I learn their ways. I tell them what I like and don't like. Together we meet in mutual understanding. I love to read to them, play, sing, care for, make healthful meals, love to make excursions to amazing places like museums, libraries, parks, book stores, play different games, puzzles, workbooks, art projects and keep them safe always . I like to organize different activities with parents allowance and being very helpful meanwhile parents are busy. I love to escort them to school or at any other activity after it. I also consider myself very nurturing. If permitted by parents I teach them Spanish. I also love to encourage children to learn good manners all the time, I enjoy doing it as a natural process ;) I worked for 5 families and still keep good vibes and communication with Parents and Children .
