Sitter Job in Edmonds, Washington

We are looking for a medical receptionist or MA who is a fast learner, OBSESSIVELY detail oriented and organized, committed to long-term employment, and has great people skills. Position is MWF 9:30/10-... on Monday), TTh 10-12. 6 mo old baby sometimes at clinic. Additional childcare hours in the afternoon for 2 children. Required skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while providing excellent caring customer service to patients with professionalism. Strong problem solver, HIPAA compliance, able to work independently, proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records, and strong verbal/writing skills. Preferred skills: Healthy lifestyle, MA interested in reception, basic understanding of insurance and billing. Bilingual is also a plus especially in Spanish. Duties will include but not limited to: Answering calls, greeting patients, collecting payments, scheduling, and verifying insurances. Filing, copying, faxing, etc. is mostly done electronically so must have EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS. Nanny experience also needed to care for infant. Must have own transportation.
