Overview: Hey, my name is Susan. I am offering you the best babysitting services in Waterville, Maine...hands down. My goal is to have you leave for work secure in knowing that your child in the best hands possible. I am a proud parent of grown children, grandparent of two awesome children, as well as a former teacher. I know the quality of care I would want for them, and I am offering that to you.I will do everything I can to meet your specific child care needs. Description of Skills: I have years of experience teaching early childhood education, and was honored to be asked by some of the parents of my Montessori students to also be their child's babysitter. These relationships developed into lasting friendships and so I was able to watch their children grow into caring, creative, and resourceful adults. If we are indoors...I love to read to children, make art, do jigsaw puzzles, dance and sing to music, and play games. If the sun is out, so are we! I am willing to provide transportation for your child to playgroup, story hour at the library, dance class, a local park with playground equipment, or whatever activity sparks their interest. I have been experience with children of all ages, from young babies to teenagers (I actually taught middle school math in Quebec and surprised myself by loving it).
