I'm a professional nanny with impeccable references. I'm very loving, patient, compassionate empathetic and love what I do. The families I have worked for love giving a reference for me. By coincidence, they are all doctors. They appreciated much flexibility with their often crazy schedules. A typical day with a toddler would be different than a day with an infant or an older child, but I'll use a toddler day as an example o what a day might look like. Breakfast with their favorite nanny. This may be eggs and toast, waffles and fruit and of course, juice! Fresh from the juicer. Freshen up, get dressed in your favorite tee shirt, feed the cat together and help nanny Pam throw mom's towels in the dryer. Now, it's time to go outside and play or go to story time at the library. Our favorite thing! Afternoon rest time comes quickly for a tired nanny, (oops! I mean toddler). There's lots for nannies to do while toddlers rest. You can fill that part in. Afternoons may mean craft time, reading time, or iPad time. Outside again, a walk on nearby trails, then start dinner for the family. Toddlers are a big help folding those towels if it something they love to do. Life is good!
