I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND OUR NANNY FOR 4 YEARS PLUS, SANDRA CHARLES. Sandra has been with our family since our first daughter was 3 months old (she is 4. 5 years old now) and seamlessly handled the transition to two children when our second child was born a year later. she was instrumental in helping us navigate the challenges of the early months with helpful suggestions, She was key in creating a good routine for our children, and she helped us with everything from sleep training to potty training. She also regularly took the kids to all kind of age appropriate activities ( library,parks,swimming, ballet, music classes, playdates etc). Sandra also frequently led art projects with the girls, we loved seeing the results of at the end of the day. She is extremely reliable, very PUNCTUAL and frequently accommodates our busy schedule by working late when required. Even sometimes on weekends, which we were very greatful for. Most Importantly, our girls both adore Sandra. When the girls get a new toy or outfits they say "I can't wait to show Sandra!".she has cultivated a wonderful relationship with our kids. They will miss her terribly when we have to say good bye, as both of the girls will be attending school and we no longer require FT care. Sandra has experience with kids of all ages, including newborns to toddlers, and easily handles multiple children, She came to us with stellar reference which she has proven and demonstrate very highly..... are very happy to recommend her, if given thee opportunity to work with your family i know you would be very happy with her.
