I have had 3 careers in my life, but the most rewarding has been taking care of and bringing up my 3 children. I was a Cardiac Nurse for approximately 20 years, working part-time when my children were young. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and decided to have my own home based jewelry business for the past 12 years. It afforded me the flexibility to be with my children during the day. But the company recently closed so now I want to do what I love the most-care for children. I am the oldest of 5 daughters so I have many nieces and nephews who are much younger than my children, who I have taken care of. I would describe myself as a compassionate, patient, loving, energetic and responsible person.
