My name is Destanie Ruiz,I do have a 14 month old son that I would need to bring but I have worked as a nanny for many children and I currently work in a daycare so multiple children are fine. I am looking to change back to a nanny to spend time with my son and another child..We are outside 5 days or more a week. Having two toddlers is always awesome because they get proper socialization and tend to learn more. We read often and love to listen to music,he has some awesome dance moves that he would love to teach to someone lol(;. (my son isnt a big tv watcher) Thank you for reading and consideration [email protected] I am first aid and cpr certified. I am in school for social work. I have my own car. As for salary I have always worked with whatever a parent can give because I understand it can be VERY hard to find someone that loves children and is affordable. Nancy Locke, Florida, daycare assistant, 2011-201... After my internship, I looked for a daycare environment because I wanted to learn how to manage more than one child. I worked for Nancy for a year learning how to multitask with multiple children aged from newborn to preschool. Nancys daycare had a maximum of 6 children, so I feel I really understand how to soothe& redirect children so that everything is in sync. This ended because of the internship below Kama’aina Kids, Oahu, Intern, 2012 I was lucky enough to get an internship straight out of high school to Kama’aina Kids in Hawaii. It was a child summercamp/daycare depending on what job we had that day. During the summer camps, we worked with school aged children. We did high and low rope courses, hiking and fun activities. We worked on their confidence and teamwork skills. During the daycare, we worked with Army strong bonds retreats and watched their children while they were in counseling. The children aged from newborn to 4 years old. We colored, did puzzles&played fun little games with them to pass time. This ended because the internship ended Breanna Bragg, Virginia, baby sitter, I watch little Brielle while her mom and dad are at work. I have realized watching babies around the same age really help them thrive faster. They get to be social and watch each other, which seems to really help them learn new things.
