We’re looking to hire a babysitter to watch our two children aged 2 years and 11 months We require someone to watch our kids in the mornings from 6:30am to about 8am. The job would typically be for 2-4 mornings per week and the end time may vary by up to an hour (on rare occasions, my wife, who is a nurse, may get stuck at work. Oftentimes you will be done before 8 - but you still get paid... keep reading). We provide our schedule of when you will be needed every 4 weeks. Compensation: We offer a flat rate regardless of if you work one day or 4 days, and regardless of if you end at 7:45 or 9:00, the thought being that on most weeks you will earn a lot more per hour, which makes up for the weeks where we may need you to stay a bit longer. It is really important to us that you be comfortable watching our kids even if they're a bit under the weather. We need someone who is responsible, and caring; capable of handling and entertaining an active toddler as well as an infant. Someone who we can trust with our children's well-being. Someone who is dependable and punctual, who won’t leave us hanging at a moment’s notice.
