I have been caregiving since the young age of 12. It all started with fellow neighborhood families who trusted and saw maturity within me, even at a young age. To this day, I have accumulated experience with children of all ages, development stages and milestones, and varying temperaments. In fact, one of my minors of study in college is Human Development Family Studies at Penn State University. I have extensive knowledge concerning children and how to care for them based on their age-group and developmental needs. Needless to say, I absolutely adore children from all walks of life! I love to see a smile on their face, and encourage enjoyable moments while maintaining safety! My college major is Nursing (BSN, RN), so I also have knowledge of how to care for the human body, which is a plus.
