Sitter Job in Madison, Virginia

I'm a stay at home mom, just looking for a break a few days a week to get some things done. Trying to go back to work or school. Looking for someone very compassionate and has had a lot of experience with kids. My son is 1 & my daughter is 2 & a half. I would love someone very down to earth. Preferably someone who also has kid's but if not that's completely fine too. Someone not to far from home.
