Sitter Job in Overland Park, Kansas

I am seeking the help of a mother's helper to assist me with my ten month old daughter. We recently moved and I am struggling to find time to unpack and care for my daughter ( Who refuses to sleep :)). I would need help between three and four times a week for the next month and then 2 to 3 days a week after that. 3 to 4 hours per day . Tasks would be caring for the baby while I unpack or rest , watching her while I run short errands , helping with little things around the house like laundry or dishes or straightening up . I'm kind of crunchy , We baby led wean, baby wear, bed share, cloth diaper, and follow R I E parenting principles . I am fairly open about the times of day and would love to talk with you about coming up with a schedule that works for both of us . We also have a snuggly little pug.
