Sitter Job in Hillsdale, New Jersey

Job Overview: Hello my name is Lauren. I'm searching for a mother’s helper/nanny. I would need someone to start as soon as possible. Duties: I am looking for a mother’s helper/babysitter/nanny. I would really need someone to help with light cleaning and organizing around the house like dishes and laundry and vacuuming and looking after my two boys. I have a four year old and a one year old boy. I would need someone to really be that extra set of hands that I need so badly, so while I’m looking after the boys and playing with them I will need u to organize and do light cleaning and organizing. Would need someone to really be willing and wanting to help me with anything and everything , even running errands for me. Would be 75 helping me with the house and organizing and 25 percent looking after and playing with the boys. The main priority and responsibility of this job would be to help Me with the house and keeping things organized and running errands. I want to have more time with my boys and really play and be with them so to have someone who can really help me with things around the house would be so deeply appreciated and beyond helpful and amazing. Of course there would be times I would have to go out for appointments or to run errands and u would also have to watch and play and take care of the boys too. Would need someone Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4 pm to 10/11 pm. My husbands works late usually and I really need help in the evenings. Really wanting to find someone patient and kind and understanding and nurturing and reliable and thorough. We want this person to be part of our family and to be comfortable here and to stay with us for at least a year if not more. Not looking for someone temporary or short term. Also, if u would and could also be available some weekends too for occasional babysitting on the weekends and helping us out around the house if we needed extra help that would also be a huge plus and deeply appreciated.
