Mulberry Tree offers a gentle introduction to being a part of a small group in a family setting. I have 25 years experience teaching Early Childhood Classes in Waldorf schools and in my home. Our day is based on a predictable routine, which helps the children to from healthy habits for life and offers a sense of security during the course of the day. Circle time is the heart of our day, with songs, rhymes and finger games supporting language and music skills. There is plenty of time for play, both indoors and out. The children help throughout the day with clean up time, setting the table and helping each other. Home-made, wholesome meals and snacks are provided. We draw, paint, play with play dough and garden.
