Nice to meet you! My name is Franchesca Hodge a.k.a Frankie. I'm a female child care provider who is passionate about helping kids and I look forward to helping your family. I'm 14 years old who has experience in this field as well as others (I can provide References if needed). Though I'm still young in age I have skills, wisdom and a great heart. I like making myself useful to the community and to others. I'm currently learning how to perform CPR in an after-school program. I'm calm and I can perform well in emergencies. I pride myself to say when I see others panic in a stressful situation, I tend to be the one taking care of it. I'm a multitask type of person. I consider myself to be very fun, adventurous and a playful person. I love creating things, painting , I enjoy doing clay projects. I also love learning about herbs. I know a lot about plants, and do quite a lot of planting. I played many sports such as Soccer and Football . I currently do Boxing 3 times a week which is my favorite sport at the moment. I'm responsible, dependable and reliable. I love doing chores, art projects or anything I can keep my hands busy. I can pick right after you left things. No need to worry. I have patience and I know when kids benefit from attention, direction and nurturing. I work particularly well with children diagnosed with ADHD; and I love it because I know from personal experience though this can be challenging. I feel It's a gift when you learn to channel it because it makes me very productive and look at everything in a more positive way. I like to instruct kids. Children have always taken a liking to me. I have always been involved at school. I was part of patrolling, and always helped with several events. Teachers always trust me to help them or ask me to volunteer in school. They know how helpful I can be with Kindergarten and elementary age kids, because of my ability to cheer up any crying face, and how creative and engaging I can be.
