Sitter Job in North Andover, Massachusetts

I am looking for a part-time nanny/care giver for my son. Regular hours are Mon-Fri from 2:30-6 pm but I would also like to hire someone who has flexibility and could occasionally watch him until 8 or 9 or even overnight if that's necessary (I have a separate apartment in my home). This is a perfect job for a college student looking for housing and a part time gig all in one! My son is a bright, happy 12-year-old autistic boy. He's in 7th grade in the public school and is fully integrated with his peers. Unfortunately, my work doesn't allow me to be here to get him off the bus at 2:30 p.m. I'm looking for someone that can meet him after school & watch him until I return from work at 6ish every afternoon. Several days a week he has after school activities like a social skills class and swim lessons, so the right person would need to be able to transport him to these local activities. I'm looking for a caring, attentive and patient caregiver to help me out.
