have taken care of infants ranging from a day old through a year . I can prepare bottles, change diapers, bath them and make sure they get their naps as needed. I provide stimulation for the baby through walking, singing, cuddling, tummy time, etc. I also like to keep a log on information (mostly for parents) on the infant daily activities. For ex: time of feeding and how much they had, when they moved their bowels on that day and time of naps. This will guide the parents to a schedule they can see and continue as the infant grows. On nice days, I take them out in their strollers for site-seeing around the vicinity. Babies love to see things move and get nice, fresh air. I also like to read to them, even at a young age. Babies love when you have eye contact with them and show them colorful pictures. I am very particular in keeping a clean, germ-free, HANDS-ON approach. At all times, I carry wippies and make sure the baby is happy, clean and comfortable. I am willing to do light cleaning, such as laundering baby clothes, picking up toys once we are done playing, and making sure his/her room is tidy. Also, some light cleaning around the home. I am also fluent in both English and Spanish. I am a graduate of Pace University. I am CPR certified by the state of New York and First Aid certified by the Red Cross.
