Description: You will be babysitting a two-year-old at his home. You must have a flexible schedule. You will be required to take part in his development. He is a slow learner when it comes to speech but he does understand very well. He does know sign language which you will learn during training. Please note that the parent will be physically in the household but will be working during the nanny’s shift. Position: Full-time (must be available from 6am to 10pm) Requirements 1. No , alcohol or pets will be allowed. (you must be willing to take a random drug screen if needed.) 2. No experience is needed but must be willing to learn with hands on experiences. 3. Please know and understand this job is not about the pay, but is an early learning experience; although you will be paid at this time. 4. MUST HAVE reliable transportation as you will need to take him to appointments. (must provide current registration, car insurance and driver license) 5. Must have no major offenses in background. 6. Will be required to do some household chores such as washing dishes and vacuuming 7. May be asked to drive supervisor and child to grocery store or appointments. My experience with this job has been nothing short of amazing, it’s a true learning experience and this little boy has taught me so much I didn’t know. He is so easy to work with as he is a very easy going well tempered child, never once have I seen him misbehave. This job has taught me patience, how to take care of a child in their younger stages of development. My connection with Samantha alone is an unbreakable friendship. She is a great boss and a loving mother only looking for the best for her child. Please note he is still a toddler and a very busy little one, but that won’t stop you from loving him. Once you understand his situation and how his little mind works it only gets easier. You will also affect him as you will be someone he looks up too.
