Sitter Job in Metairie, Louisiana

I am looking for a very reliable nanny for my 3 children. I will need someone starting in August. I have a 3.5 y.o. and a set of 2 year old twins. I need someone Tuesday through Friday from 7:15am to 4:15pm. My schedule at work changes sometimes but that is usually worked out about 2 weeks in advance. I would like to find someone who is somewhat flexible with the times. My children are very active and outdoor children. They spend much of the day outdoors and at local parks. I need someone that is legal to work in this country, and speaks English well. I will be requiring references and doing background checks, experience in being a nanny is not necessary but prior work references will be checked.
