My name is Carla, I'm a mother, married and born in Brazil on November 28, 1984. I am a postgraduate in Marketing, and I love to take care of children. I like to teach children's theater, do arts workshops with them, to do funniest things and no more important, but very important, keep the life easier for the parents. However, Brazilian is my mother language. I am still improving my English as well, but it's not a problem for me. I like to learn new cultures and listen to people's stories. I`m a good listener, I love pets, and I 'm a big fan of Disney. I`m very organized person and for me rules are very important. During my entire life I always liked to stay with kids, helping my brothers to raise their sons. I've been away from in-person work for a while because of maternity leave, but I think I am prepared to come back. My experience as a child caregiver is with children from newborn to 16 years old. I was an Au Pair during the entire year of 2008 in Boston, MA. My tasks are to take care of 3 children (newborn twins and a 3-year-old boy). I took multiple babysitting courses during this year. My job as Au Pair was to look after the newborn twins, organize the rooms and the children's clothes and at same time I needed to take the oldest to daycare, and pick him up at the end of the day. During the day I stayed with 2 kids and went to the playground, library, and among other activities. When I moved to Canada, I was living in Toronto. I worked for a family where I took care of a 4 year old boy for 3 years. There I handled tasks like organizing the house, light house cleaning, grocery shopping, clothes personal organization, doing children laundry, walking with dog, helping child with homework, preparing meals for kids and family(hello fresh). Moreover, I was responsible for inspecting the contractors, like pool cleaner, windows cleaning, garden maintenance and other services. Now, I'm just looking for a chance to get back to work and put my feet back to the market. I look forward to starting ASAP.
