Nanny/Personal Assistant

This ideal person must be experienced and very good at helping with homework, housework and personal errands. This person needs to be very time efficient, productive, very detail oriented, fun yet serious, flexible and a hardworking but able to work with a 9-year-old. This person cannot be lazy but full of energy. I am looking for someone very passionate about helping others and not looking for just a job. This position is long term and full-time.
