Sitter Job in Annapolis, Maryland

We are looking for a family in the Annapolis or surrounding area to nanny share with us starting from the end of March/early April 2017. Our son will be 3 months old when I return to work at the end of March so we are looking for a family with an infant or toddler to nanny share with us. We would like for the nanny share to take place at our home for the majority of the time so we are flexible as to the other family's needs when it comes to part-time/less hours than us and cost. The nanny is with us from 8.30 am to 5.30pm/ 6pm, Monday to Thursday and thus we are looking for a family who would like to share the nanny with us during any of those hours to reduce our overall costs and to provide a playmate for friendship and social/learning development.
