Sitter Job in Fort Knox, Kentucky

I am looking for someone who is willing to help me out with my two girls ages 5 and 2. I am a personal trainer and have a ridiculous schedule. I would need someone who is willing to not only work with me and my crazy schedule but also be available if something comes up and I need extra help. My husband is getting ready to deploy and will be pretty much lost. I don't want to have to quit my job but cannot seem to find someone who is 100% reliable for all of the times that I would need them.
