Sitter Job in Goodview, Minnesota

I'd need someone to watch my daughter regularly, between Monday to Friday during day time hours. I am looking for someone who will be interactive and very caring towards my daughter while having a blast at the same time. Someone that will want to teach her things and not just sit around. I don't mind another kid around while someone watches her. I need a trustworthy, caring, patient, dependable person. She's got a high energy level but is loads of fun & very smart. She has a big vocabulary for a 3 year-old, so communicating is a lot easier. My schedule is currently part-time but that could change at any time. *note I had been a stay at home mom from day one up until 8months ago. My daughter is currently in an in-home daycare and I am NOT impressed in the change of behavior she has also been bitten a few times and there is no form of rules instilled where she attends daycare. Will pay $60-$70 for 3 days a wk & $110 for all wk Need someone on a regular basis! Not just here and there. I understand the need for days off but not last min unless its an emergency. I had a nanny previously that couldn't be consistent. No excuses...No early paydays.
