I am a Mom of 2 young adults- ages 21 and 18. My 18 year old son is leaving for college in a week, and I am looking for a change of pace. I am a certified early childhood educator, with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Ed, and a specialization in music and art. . I have over 20 years of experience in the classroom, initially as a lead teacher, and more recently fulfilling long term substitute positions. I chose to stay home when my two were in school, and have been supplementing our household income through substitute teaching for the past 8 years. We have an Australian Shepard and we foster kittens through our local humane society, so I am comfortable and experienced working with animals as well as children.
