Sitter in Plymouth, Minnesota

Hi! My name is Erica Hong. I recently moved to Plymouth last year around late August, and I would love to have the opportunity to get to know the neighborhood better by doing what I love: baby sitting! I am a sophmore at Wayzata High School, and I am 14 years old (15 yo in a couple days). Because of school, I am only available from after 3:30 to around 8 on weekdays, but am generally available on short notice. I don't have much experience in specifically babysitting, but I definitely have experience working with kids. I often volunteer at the elementary schools for carnivals, picnics, or being a group leader for retreats through Club Y.E.S. (a volunteering club that is provided at the high school). For about 4 years, I helped teach children from 4-7 the Korean language through a program that was offered through my church. I was also the group leader for vacation bible study, another program at my church, for second and third graders. I don't have as much experience with kids younger than 3, but I would appreciate the opportunity for this to also be a learning experience.  I am allergic to dogs, but if you contact me ahead of time, there should be no problem. My rates are $10 an hour per kid. Although I am young and may not have the plentiful qualifications that others have, I will perform to the best of my abilities to make sure your child has fun while being safe.
