Alex has been working for many years in DiscoveryLand Camp as a Head Counsellor. Alex showed a well-developed sense of responsibility, patience, empathy and great organizational skills. She professionally identified and responded to camper behaviour issues. She knows how to prioritize camp safety and ensure camp rules are followed according to the camp policy. Alex managed big camp events that were a great fun for kids. She was required to use active decision-making and supervisory skills during while supervising a group of kids and running a variety of sports and arts activities. Alex effectively managed a group of counsellors. Based on her performance at our camp, I highly recommend Alex with my enthusiasm and regard.
