Sitter Job in Bluffton, Indiana

My husband and I are looking for a part time sitter, he is a massage therapist and his schedule can change with short notice, so we need a sitter who is flexible and able to watch my 7 yr old and 18 mo old with as little as a 1-2 day notice. We would prefer to have them watched at our place but that is something we can discuss. Right now we have the Grandparents watch them but when they go on vacation or have apt's we need a back up. Plus we would like to have the occasional date night, as we never get out! We live in a small town and find it hard to get any leads on babysitters that fit what we need. So hope this leads us to someone who is able to help us. It really is the perfect job for stay at home mom or student. We would love to meet you and see if you are the right fit for us.
