Sitter Job in Seligman, Arizona

We are a family of 5 with 3 children ages 9 8 &6. 2 boys 1 girl she is are oldest. My wife is a house keeper and I am a commercial truck driver. We are a nice & fun loving family. We've never had a sitter before so we are new to this and we do not know what the rate would be for all three children. Me and my wife do need a full time 40 HR a week sitter. And if you charge the same as a day care we will not be interested.
