I have two little girls 2 and 4 and I need someone to watch them while me and my husband work. I do 12 hrs shifts from 7pm to 7am but not everyday and my husband work 8hrs shift on 2nd. On one week I need somebody to work on wed and thur from 630 to 12am and I will pick them up on my break. And the other week it will be Mon, tues and Friday the same hours. It might be days that my husband have to do overtime and get off at 3:00am but not regularly. He also might have to work a Saturdays.
