Sitter Job in Coral Gables, Florida

Hello- I am a single parent with a 7 year old daughter. I have to be at work early, so I need someone (female) to be at my home by 6 AM every weekday to get my daughter ready and take her to school. I live in Pinecrest and her school is a couple of blocks away from my house. In addition, I will need additional help for about 1 month during the fall because I will have to work some weekends and extended hours. I can pay by the hour or room and board can be provided in exchange for helping me. The setup is negotiable. There's a spare bedroom on the opposite end of the house with an adjacent bathroom. We live in a quiet neighborhood. It's a perfect gig for a serious minded full time female college student that does not party very much. My daughter is really cool. We had our last nanny for over two years but she moved. My daughter Iris gets ready on her own and usually is in a good mood when she wakes up. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
