Sitter Job in Loveland, Colorado

I am a recent single mom, and starting a new job very soon. I have a daughter who is almost 2, and a son who is 8.5 months old. Potentially I am looking for a live in nanny (terms to be discussed) because my hours vary. I am looking for someone who has an extensive background in child care, has great references, and is nothing but patient, kind and nurturing. If live-in is not something you want to consider, it is something negotiable, but just what I am potentially looking for. Must be able to have a background check done, has a reliable vehicle and can provide proof of insurance. We live in a relatively large town home, and there is ample amount of space if live-in is being considered, again terms to be discussed.
