Sitter Job in Arlington, Texas

So I know this is a long shot, but here it goes. I am a single parent of two school age girls, 5 and 9. I will be relocating from Allen, TX to Arlington, TX in 2 months. I will be working for Wal-mart as an assistant manager or as I like to say an on call doctor. So update my hours that I will be working is from 4 am to 2 pm, also from 6 am to 4 pm Sunday thru Thrusday. So I will need a person to be at my home by 3:45 am. They will need to be able to get the girls dressed and ready to be at school by 7:30 am. Also, on the days I work until 4 pm they will need to be picked up from school. All my family is in Allen, so this will be different for the girls and I. I have never needed a sitter before and I am nervous to say the least. I will be on a monthly rotation type of schedule, so I know it won't be easy to find someone. I am looking for more of a monthly set fee instead of by the hour, this way I know how to budget. Honestly looking for someone that is understanding the life of a single mom, my girls are very respectful and truly are sweet.
