Hello! My name is Billy Kubik. I am a graduate student at Lesley University in the Clinical Mental Health, School Adjustment track. I have worked with kids both clinically and personally in schools, summer camps, church daycare, and while babysitting for neighbors. Currently I am working in a therapeutic day school as a clinical intern. My most previous employment was at Wanakee, an overnight camp in Meredith, NH. At Wanakee I led and inspired through outdoor adventures such as sailing, swimming, hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, and wildness survival. At Wanakee I supervised children from 3 to 18 years old, providing safety on land and in the water. I am CPR/AED certified, as well as a certified lifeguard through the Red Cross. Last winter, I worked as a lifeguard at the YMCA in Oak Square, and got re-certified this summer at Wanakee. In summary, I am a warm, communicative, and professional caregiver trained to keep kids safe and entertained. I love to help cook, and have an interest in both cooking and baking.
