Hello! My name is Kia and I'm looking for work either baby sitting or as a caregiver for the elderly. I have experience in babysitting and have been doing that for 6 years off and on for non-relatives. I'm also blessed with younger siblings that I watched growing up and around the age I was able to look after myself and others I was always the go to for date nights etc. I've dealt with children of all ages including newborns, whether it be just one child I look after or a multitude. I currently work in a nursing home as a nurse's aid being that I am CNA and CPR certified. My passion involves caring for the people and maintaing the overall welfare of that individual. The nursing home job is a great way to keep me financially stable but I'm looking for something a little more flexible for school. I attend the University of West Georgia and my major is nursing, but I haven't started the program yet. This is my second year at this University and I'm still a little undecided about my major(nursing or pre-med), I guess it's just a matter of perserverence and how long I want to stay in school. Back to the subject at hand, it would be great to have something a little less non-committal than a full time job and still be able to provide for myself.
