Sitter in Baltimore, Maryland

I'm an older Nurse that is finding it hard to get hired, these days and I think its because of my age but I still would like to work. I feel that I would be a good fit because I've taken of children as well as adults too. I would be available for work when there is a shortage of help. I would be willing to take the courses, to become a Day Care Provider. Right now I have a Maryland Nursing License. I have been looking hard to find employment these days. I land the Interview but not getting hired, and I believe it is because of 2 reasons, over qualification and age. Please look at my Resume and give my an opportunity to start working again.
