Hi! My name is Britt and I am an experienced, active, outgoing, fun, driven nanny with 5 years of nanny experience. I have a strong passion for working with children and with my psychology, early childhood development, behavior analysis and social work backgrounds, I use much of my education to do my job to the best of my abilities. I have experience working with children of all ages, some of whom have special needs and developmental delays. I believe the key to being a great nanny is consistency and communication with parents and caregivers. I feel it is important for children to be physically active and have fun with their peers and be involved in their communities while also having structure to complete school work and everyday activities.
