WHY FIT IN WHEN YOU WERE BORN TO STAND OUT! My name is Wendy Mercedes. I provide child care services from the comfort of my own home. I have to say that being able to work with children has always been a blessing. To be able to laugh, learn and play with children as you watch them grow into amazing individuals is the greatest gift of all. For the past 13 years I have had the pleasure of working with children of all ages. I have been able to obtain so many experiences as well as knowledge in the child care field. I have multiple certifications for example : First Aid & A.E.D, CPR, and also licensed by the state of New York. These are a few of the many certifications I have obtained through out the years. Here at Wendy's Day care we are determined to make both your experience and your child's educational and fun. We have a very loving environment in which we encourage the children to sing, play, use their imagination, learn but most importantly be themselves. Through out the day we have reading time, play time (either indoor or outdoor : depending on the weather), arts and crafts, dance and so much more. Everything is also planned age accordingly so that everyone may learn as much as they can and have fun. We also have nap-time for the little ones in the afternoon. Also meals are provided through out the day which are included in our services. Another service which we provide for a small extra fee is drop of and pick up. The Hours of full time service are normally from 7am - 6pm Monday Thru Friday. Part time service is also available and drop off and pick up time can be arranged.
