Hi my name is Michelle Toole but the world calls me Mimi. I am have been a nanny for the last 12 years. I love the family I presently work for which is why I am only looking for something nights and weekends. My kids are grown so I have no time constraints. I love kids and try to plan activities that are fun and educational..I believe in consistency when it comes to discipline so that the kids know what to expect. I respect whatever your rules and decisions are because at the end of the day they are your kids. I believe a nanny is a family member and that it takes a village. I have a degree in special education and I loved the kids and the teaching but couldn't abide the system. I also am CPR trained as well as first aid but my certifications have expired.
