I am a single female in my late 20's who places a high value on family togetherness and living an active lifestyle. Growing up, I participated in many different sports and activities including horseback riding, spring board diving, soccer, rugby, sport aerobics, jazz, ballet, baseball. and water sports to mention a few. I take pride in being an enthusiastic and loyal individual with a positive attitude that is contagious with the people around me. I especially enjoy interacting with children and raising their confidence to be everything they dream to be as an individual. As well, I lead a very healthy lifestyle and have a keen interest in improving the health and well-being of others. In regards to home care, I have experience in cooking healthy meals and snacks. I am a neat and tidy individual who enjoys maintaining a clean household. I am quick to respond in emergency situations and trained in First Aid and CPR. As well, I completed the Safe Food Handling certificate and I am working towards the completion of a Personal Training Certificate.
