My wife currently works full time and I have a part time job in retail. My schedule changes from week to week so I would need someone who is flexible. I have 2 boys ages 3 (4 in June) and 1 (2 in September). My oldest son does have a speech problem and does require someone to actually take time to understand him. I would need this person Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and sometimes on Saturday. Please let me know if your interested.
