Sitter Job in Chesapeake, Virginia

Hello! I am a doctorate student in clinical psychology and I am currently looking for a babysitter for my 8 year old daughter for the after school hours. I am looking for someone who is willing to help out with homework and be a friend for her while my husband and I are at work and until her sister gets home. My older daughter will get home from school around 4:00 (ish... this is her first year in middle school so I'm not sure exactly what time she will get off the bus this upcoming school year). We have 2 mini Australian shepherds who are very energetic and social. Our sitter would need to be ok letting the dogs out in the yard as well. We are fairly relaxed and other than homework we don't have too many tasks or requests. There may also be the possibility of babysitting on days when school is closed for weather or holidays, teacher workdays, etc. but only if it works in your schedule.
