Sitter Job in Barrie, Ontario

What we are looking for: - Reliable part-time babysitter to come to our home and look after our 2.5 year old son - Must be available for occasional overnights / days/ and weekends (see sample schedule below) - Someone with experience with children - A non-smoker - Clean criminal record - A valid 'G' licence and a vehicle is an asset but not a must. -This position would be perfect for a semi-retired / retired female looking to make a little extra money every month. About Us: - We are a professional couple that works shift work. - We live in South East Barrie - We have a small well behaved dog - We are a clean,fun loving and active family The Schedule: Night shifts are from 7:00pm until 3:00pm the following day. Day shifts are from 6:15 am until 4:00pm Some months you would only be required to work 3 days per month. Other months you may be required up to a MAX of 10 days per month. My son's bed time is 7:00pm (we will put him to sleep on overnights), and he will sleep until 7:00am. We have a large spare bedroom with a 2 piece ensuite for you to sleep in for overnights. When you have him during the day, we will be home, however we will be sleeping. We have two play areas in the house, a park close by, and you are welcome to take him to the early years centre to play as well. Compensation: Pay is negotiable however we are looking at paying you $500/month (in bi-weekly payments). You will receive this money regardless of whether you look after him 3 days / month or 10 days / month. Your food is included on the days you are babysitting as well.
