I am an empty nester, "young" lady who has raised three, now grown children and a grandma of two, ages 2years and 3 months! I earned a BA college degree as well as a certificate in early childhood education. I am a passionate believer in a "goodness of fit" approach to early childhood rearing which is a child driven interaction between caregiver and infant. Past infancy, I believe a rich environment including language, music, art, crafts and outdoor activities. After 30 years in the city of San Francisco my husband and I have lived in Western Sonoma on a small farm with chickens, sheep, ducks and bunnies. I would love to share my child rearing experience with your family on a part-time or as-needed basis.
